Carson Young & Hudson Wilson Named to NWAC North All-Region Team After Strong Seasons
Royals Baseball stars Carson Young and Hudson Wilson have been named to the NWAC All-Region Team after the conclusion of the 2026 season. The award is voted on by coaches in the NWAC.
Young was named to the First Team as an Infielder after putting up strong regular-season stats for the Royals, finishing the season with a .322 average and 48 hits. He also finished fifth in the NWAC with 30 stolen bases and had 76 putouts. Freshman Hudson Wilson was named to the Second Team as a Utility, as he finished second on the team in hits and fourth in games played with 41. The Royals have had four baseball student-athletes named to this prestigious end-of-season list since returning to NWAC play in 2025.
Douglas finished with a 9-36 overall record in their second full season back in competitive play.
